I don't have an IOSS number
You don't need an IOSS number to use SAMOS. Like DDP, we are able to pay all EU import VAT & duty on your behalf and bill this back. But unlike other parcel delivery companies, we do it without adding any surcharges. If you do have an IOSS number, or use a marketplace IOSS number, we can clear on that too.
My customer gets VAT and other charges on delivery, some are refusing delivery as a result
