It allows users to set up their own virtual shop that looks and feels exactly how they want it to. [Get started](/start-shipping) ![Logo of Shopify](https://samos-e.com/storage/113/conversions/shopify-logo-main.jpg) How does the SAMOS x Shopify integration work? ---------------------------------------------- This integration allows Shopify and SAMOS to talk to each other. Shopify will automatically send us all the product and customer information we need to generate a label and tracking number. We send those things back to Shopify, so you can view your parcel details in either system, including shipping status. That means you don’t need to manually enter the parcel weight, price, value, product name, HS code, country of origin, name and address of customer or other required information in our system, reducing the risk of errors and saving you time. If you’re an existing SAMOS customer, you can find the Shopify integration in our user portal. You’ll need to provide your shop domain. Or if you’re an existing Shopify customer, just download the SAMOS Connect app from the Shopify app store and you’ll be prompted to register with us when you set it up. Once you’ve set the integration up you’ll see a Shopify Orders tab in the SAMOS system, where you can see all pending orders on Shopify. Here you can edit the details (parcel weight, unit price, etc) and choose to fulfil individual orders, as well as multi-item orders or even partial orders. You’ll also be able to see any errors (such as missing parcel weight) so that you can resolve them before they cause a delay. And, of course, you can download and print your labels ready for attaching to your parcels.
