Just see how it has transformed our customers' businesses... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Customer A approached us in August 2021, desperate for a solution with shipping footwear and clothing into Europe** She had had a terrible experience since Brexit. Her parcels were being stuck in customs and returned without explanation, and her customers were receiving charges for VAT and local charges before they could receive their orders. Not only was this falling far below the standards that she and her customers expected, the costs had skyrocketed too. Shipping parcels was costing her four times the amount it did before Brexit – and this was with a global shipping giant! Before long, her sales figures were down 65% in Europe. Her existing customers were losing loyalty, and poor reviews put off new customers. She was almost ready to stop shipping to Europe altogether. **Then she started using our SAMOS Europe delivery solution** Customer A is now shipping ten times as many parcels, and growing every week - while her costs have dropped by a third. Her parcels are no longer getting caught up in customs and returned, and her customers aren't receiving unexpected charges. That's given her the confidence that she can not only provide her existing European customers with the service they deserve, but new customers too. She's actively marketing in the EU again, and attracting more customers, more sales and more revenue. **Customer B approached us in May 2022 looking for a solution for shipping his food product** He was seeing 40% of EU countries refusing his shipments and returning the parcels due to the type of product. All this while facing quadrupled shipping costs, particularly made up of fuel surcharges and other surcharges. He wasn't using an IOSS number because of how much it costs to set up, administer and maintain. On top of this, the admin involved in creating labels was costing him valuable time. Time that, unfortunately, he needed to resolve all of the issues he was facing. It sometimes took up to four months to get a response from his parcel delivery company when something had gone wrong. Similarly to the previous story, his sales in the EU dropped by 44%. **Then he started using our SAMOS Europe delivery solution** Customer B is now shipping to Europe with confidence, without an IOSS number. The import VAT he needs to pay is reversed back to him (instead of passed onto the customer as a charge) without any additional cost. No fuel or other surcharges – just the fee he expected to pay. Unsurprisingly, his sales have doubled and he's no longer having to sift through complaints about additional charges or missing orders. In fact, SAMOS handles any customer queries about deliveries, so he doesn't have to.
