**1. IOSS number**You do not need to register, administer, or pay for an IOSS number on our service. We reverse the import charges back to you in the UK free of charge. We can accept shipments with an IOSS number too, such as your own IOSS number or for items sold on marketplaces where you are using the marketplace’s IOSS number. **2. No ‘doorstep’ fees**Your EU customers will NEVER be asked for doorstep fees such as VAT, duty, and admin fees meaning your customers will order from you again and again. You’ll develop repeat business and customer loyalty. It’s very unlikely they'll refuse delivery and return the order. **3. Simplified customs process**Other parcel delivery companies clear parcels through customs in each of the 27 different EU member states. This means 27 different rules and regulations on what they will or won't accept from The UK. What’s the point in making it that complicated? We don't. We export parcels into the EU ourselves via one entry point. This immeasurably simplifies the customs process. As a result your goods are very unlikely to be refused or returned. **4. 3-5 day delivery time**It's around 3-5 days from when we receive your parcel to when your customer takes delivery of their order depending on destination. **5. Full Tracking**When you create a shipment on our system, we give you a tracking number and hyperlink to forward to your customer to track their order through to delivery. They can also divert the package to a collection point if they prefer.

**7. We integrate with most shipping and WMS systems**We have an API which can be integrated with most systems. We are already connected to Linnworks, Mintsoft, Orderwise, Shiptheory, and Despatch cloud. More details [here.](/services/integrations)
