Surcharges = none You will have charged the import charges of £35.70\* during the checkout process with your customer so this does not come out of your margins. The only charge to you is £10.89 shipping. Simple. This solution will be why EU customers buy from you and not your competitors. You’ll be able to build a stable and loyal customer base - everything is charged in your checkout process, and they take delivery.
