1. The EU Delivery Experience Solution
We started off with the receiver’s - your customer’s - delivery experience. We wanted this to be the same as it was before the UK left the EU. Our solution means parcels just get delivered. No VAT, no duty, or any other local handling fees to pay before delivery. Only this kind of service will encourage repeat business and brand loyalty by giving your EU customers the confidence to buy from you, and come back for more.
2. The EU VAT Solution
The only way to ensure that your customer has no VAT to pay on delivery is to either have an IOSS number or reverse the import VAT back to you, the UK shipper. We do both, and unlike other parcel and mail delivery companies we don’t surcharge you for reversing the VAT back to you. This way, all charges including VAT are completely dealt with at checkout stage with your customer. No surprise charges for anyone.

We understand that you struggle with shipping certain items into the EU or to specific EU member states, and that customs issues can often be to blame. With our solution, we route and clear EU parcels in a very specific way. This means our exposure to customs issues are immeasurably reduced. We have virtually no customs issues on our service.
