 Manage your SAMOS shipping with AI

 Track parcels, check shipping prices and get answers about shipping with SAMOS, right from your AI assistant.

 Connect SAMOS to Claude or ChatGPT to track a parcel, estimate shipping and return costs, check delivery destinations, find help with customs and returns, or estimate import duties and taxes.

 Free to use. No SAMOS account required.

 Available in the Claude connectors directory and the ChatGPT apps directory.

What can you do with SAMOS AI?
------------------------------

### Track a parcel

Check the latest status of a SAMOS parcel using its tracking number, and get a link to track it with the local delivery company.

### Estimate shipping and return costs

Find out how much it costs to send a parcel from the UK to another country, or return a parcel to the UK. Estimates are based on the destination country and parcel weight.

### Check delivery destinations

Find out which countries SAMOS delivers to and which destinations support returns.

### Get answers about shipping

Search the SAMOS help centre for information about IOSS, customs, shipping labels, returns and other shipping questions.

### Estimate import duties and taxes

Estimate the import duties and taxes a customer may need to pay on an item shipped from the UK.

### Connect Claude

1. In Claude, open **Settings → Connectors** and browse the connectors directory.
2. Search for **SAMOS e-commerce** and choose **Connect**. No sign-in is needed.
3. In a new chat, turn on SAMOS from the tools menu and ask your question.

### Connect ChatGPT

1. In ChatGPT, open the **Apps** directory.
2. Search for **SAMOS e-commerce** and choose **Connect**. No sign-in is needed.
3. In a new chat, choose SAMOS from the **+** menu, or mention it by name, and ask your question.

Using another assistant?
------------------------

Add this address to any AI assistant that supports custom connectors (also called MCP servers). No sign-in is needed.

- “Does SAMOS deliver to Japan?”
- “Do I need an IOSS number to ship to the EU with SAMOS?”
- “What duties would a customer in New York pay on a £25 cotton t-shirt made in the UK?”

Good to know
------------

- Prices are in GBP and based on our published [shipping](/pricing/samos-shipping-rates) and [return](/pricing/samos-return-rates) rates. Parcels can weigh up to 20 kg and measure up to 100 cm × 43 cm × 43 cm.
- Duty and tax figures are estimates. Final amounts are set by the destination country's customs.
- Duty estimates are limited to 5 a day from each internet connection, with a shared daily total across all assistants. For more, use the [duties calculator](/resources/duties-and-taxes) on our website.
- Tracking shows a parcel's status and town, and a link to track it with the local delivery company once it reaches them. It never shows street addresses.
- The connector only reads information. It can't create shipments or change anything in a SAMOS account.

Privacy
-------

Your privacy matters to us. SAMOS does not receive your full conversation with your AI assistant. We only receive the information the assistant sends to SAMOS to answer your request.

We do not store tracking numbers, postcodes or product descriptions submitted through the SAMOS connector. For more information about how your data is handled, please read our [AI assistant privacy policy](/ai-assistants/privacy-policy).
